Zachary Lords is a trial attorney with Smith Woolf Anderson & Wilkinson. He joined the firm in 2016. Zach primarily handles divorce and child custody cases but also has experience handling a wide range of criminal and civil litigation, including adoptions, guardianships, construction disputes, and misdemeanor and felony defense. Zach is also experienced in firearm related law and enjoys teaching students across Idaho and Montana as a concealed firearm instructor.

He graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in Business Finance and received his law degree from the University of Idaho. Following law school, Zach had the opportunity to work as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Jon J. Shindurling and the Honorable Bruce L. Pickett of Idaho’s Seventh Judicial District.

Zach graduated from Hillcrest High School in 2002 and is pleased to be able to represent businesses and individuals in the area where he was raised and is proud to call home. He is married and has three children. His time outside of work is primarily spent coaching and supporting his children in their many sporting events and activities. Zach and his family love the outdoors and enjoy snowmobiling, golfing, and camping.
